19 years of running every day a minimum of 1 mile! Ran with Rob on his 2+ mile route.
Cold and windy plus rain. Should have worn less layers.
01/01: 1.63 miles Today, I ran for:
Archaeological Institute of America.
Checked out one of my older routes. Went up the stairway a little past one mile instead
of up to Holly Street and around. Ran with Taurus. Rainy and cold again. Bought an
armband for the iPhone so RunKeeper is a little more accurate than me holding it in
my hand.
01/04: 1.19 miles Today, I ran for:
USA Cycling, Inc..
Power went out tonight and I ran in the freshly fallen snow. Taurus came along and loves
running in and eating the snow as he goes. A little slower tonight but the conditions
were a little rougher. I was able to update most of my information with my iPhone but
need to find a way to edit my main page.
01/05: 1.17 miles Today, I ran for:
National Forest Foundation.
4 hours earlier than my usual 11pm run! No snow, no cold, no rain - just a plain nice run.
Taurus wasn't used to the earlier time and the extra people and other dogs that are out at this
time. I must have cut a couple of corners or the cloud cover was too much because my usual
1.22 mile is down ot 1.17 miles.
